All Sales on Made-to-Order Items Are Final Because every piece in our collection is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We will offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for defective/incorrect items is covered by us.
Size Exchanges We do not offer size exchanges on made-to-order items, as each piece is produced on demand. We strongly encourage consulting our size chart before ordering.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
